Our parliamentarians who are rubber-stamping decrees don’t understand the hopes and aspirations of ordinary citizens. For example: before the raise of costs on public utilities one of our well known politicians explained his support to the increase of costs by saying that when he drives along Bishkek streets there are lots of people in cafes and restaurants, according to him this is the evidence that people have cash and can afford to overpay to public utilities. Since January till December 2010 PF DCCA is implementing project “Involvement of local communities in development program of village”. The project is taking place in Kopuro-Bazar village, one of the most distant villages of Talas Oblast. The prior goal of the project is to create a special council which could be kind of a bridge between residents of the village, representatives of Aiyl Okmotu and other organizations. Read More »
2 July 2010, humanitarian aid in the form of hygiene kits (towels, toothpaste and brushes, combs) were distributed among 91 families of 613 people, a baby blanket sets (up to three years), 18 pieces were 18 families of 119 people living in the city of Osh in the streets Momunov, Abdukadyrova, Babur, Volgograd, Chkalova Gaipova, with 19 packs of 5 pieces, the party of humanitarian aid recieved from the Counterpart Humanitarian Assistance Program (CHAP).

The branch office of Public Fund received from Community and Humanitarian Assistance Program of Counterpart International (CHAP) humanitarian aid in the form of bedding (pillow, counterpane, mattress, and bedclothes), baby coverings, 45 women and men’s clothes bales, and 120 hygienic set (towel, soap, tooth brush and toothpaste).

In the frame work LMD project DCCA conducted training for farmers of Chui oblast on subject “The technology of growing tomatoes and ways to improve soil fertility” on 26 of May

After the April events and the change of the government new constitutional reform is taking place in Kyrgyzstan. The Kyrgyz constitution will go through significant changes, in particular the change of the constitutional system that is the transferring from the semi-presidential to parliamental system.
